The shop on Dyer Boulevard

Collision repair on Dyer Boulevard since 2013. Where the work happens, and how to find the building.

Frame work and paint in one building

A collision repair is two jobs. The structure has to go back where the factory put it, and the finish has to match in daylight.

When the two live at different addresses, the car waits twice. Both happen in this building. That removes the handoff, and the handoff is where cars lose days.

How work moves through the shop

What decides whether you are satisfied is usually what you were told, and when.

Straight answers, including no

Some cars are not worth repairing. If the repair cost is close to what the car is worth, you hear that before a teardown starts.

The same goes for time. If the structure needs more than the estimate covered, we say so when we know.

What the teardown finds

Once the panels are off, the car shows what it did in the collision. All of it is photographed before anything is repaired.

That happens whether or not an insurer is involved. If there is a claim, the file is what the supplement gets built from.

Structure gets measured, not eyeballed

A unibody has published factory dimensions. A repair either brings the car back to those numbers or it does not.

One person, start to finish

The person who walks around the car with you at the start is the person who calls about the supplement and hands the keys back.

When the shop is open

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
